Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you register with NRI Property Guard, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the property details you submit (address, GPS coordinates, documents and photos). When our Property Executives conduct an inspection, we capture GPS-tagged photos and video, timestamps, and device/network metadata as part of the tamper-evident evidence record.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to verify and manage your registered property, generate inspection reports, process billing, respond to support requests, and send you service notifications (property status, approvals, reports, invoices). We do not sell your personal data.

3. Who can see your property data

Access is strictly role-scoped: only your assigned Property Manager and Property Executive, our Admin team, and you can see your property's data — enforced at the database level, not only in the app's interface. You only ever see photos and videos that a Property Manager has approved.

4. Data storage & security

Your data is stored with Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure) with row-level security enforced on every table, encrypted in transit via HTTPS, and access-controlled storage buckets for documents, photos and videos.

5. Third-party services

We use Google Maps/Places APIs for location intelligence and static map images. The "Pay Now" button on your Invoices tab opens a UPI payment link handled entirely by your own UPI app (GPay, PhonePe, etc.) — no payment details are transmitted to or processed by our servers. Any future integration with a payment gateway for card or netbanking payments will be disclosed here before it is enabled.

You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate details, or account deletion by contacting us at support@nripropertyguard.in.
