Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 August 2026
1. Service description
NRI Property Guard provides independent property verification, on-site inspection, and remote property management services for property owners, delivered through recurring physical site visits, a web and mobile owner dashboard, and generated inspection reports.
2. What our reports are โ and are not
Our inspection reports document what our Property Executives directly observed and captured (photos, video, GPS location, condition notes) at the time of each visit, verified through a tamper-evident, cryptographically hash-chained record. Our reports are not a substitute for independent legal due diligence, and any statement of tamper-evidence or chain-of-custody is a technical claim about data integrity, not a legal conclusion about admissibility in any court โ that determination rests with qualified legal counsel. Where a data point (such as a national RERA record) cannot be independently retrieved, we state this plainly rather than imply verification that did not occur.
3. Billing
Regular-tier properties are billed at the published flat monthly rate per property; Prime adds a flat monthly amount to your account regardless of property count. Invoices are generated automatically and available for download from your dashboard. Fees are subject to change with prior notice.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate property details and documentation, and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to use Emergency SOS only for genuine emergencies.
5. Limitation of liability
While we take reasonable, verifiable steps to document your property's condition, we are not liable for events occurring at your property between scheduled visits, or for outcomes of legal, tax or regulatory matters outside the scope of the inspection service itself.
6. Termination
You may remove a property or close your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support; outstanding invoices remain payable.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
